1. Our commitment

Broussard Reputation Group is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.

2. Standards we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This site currently meets that standard in the areas we have tested, with the known exceptions listed below.

3. Measures we have taken

• Semantic HTML structure with a single H1 and a logical heading order on every page.
• A visible “skip to content” link and a clearly visible keyboard focus indicator throughout.
• Text and background colour combinations tested for a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio.
• Descriptive alternative text on every meaningful image; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• All animation and scroll effects disabled automatically when the operating system requests reduced motion.
• Form fields with persistent visible labels, clear error messaging and full keyboard operability.
• Layouts that reflow to 320px width and remain usable at 200% text zoom.

4. Known limitations

The embedded map on our Contact page is supplied by a third party and its accessibility is outside our control. The full address and telephone number are always provided as text alongside it. If you encounter any other barrier, we would like to hear about it.

6. Ongoing review

This statement was last reviewed in January 2026. We re-test the site after any significant change and at least annually, using a combination of automated tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing.
