Frequently Asked Questions

Direct answers to the questions we are asked on almost every discovery call — including the ones with uncomfortable answers.

Can you remove a negative review?

Almost never, and we will not pretend otherwise. A review can only be taken down by the platform, and only when it breaches that platform's own rules — for example spam, a competitor posting under a false identity, hate speech, or content about a business the reviewer never used. We identify genuine violations and file properly evidenced reports. For legitimate criticism, the honest answer is that a well-written public response serves you better than a removal request ever would.

How quickly will I see results?

Listing corrections often show up within two to four weeks. Rating movement depends almost entirely on your review volume: a business receiving forty reviews a month can shift a weighted average noticeably in one quarter, while a business receiving three a month will take considerably longer. We model this for you honestly during the audit rather than quoting an industry average.

Do you write fake reviews or use review-gating?

No. We never write, buy, sell, trade, or incentivise reviews, and we do not build survey funnels that only send satisfied customers to a public review page. Both practices violate platform terms and the FTC's rules on consumer reviews and testimonials. Every invitation we send goes to every eligible customer, regardless of how their experience went.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All retainers are month-to-month with thirty days' written notice to cancel. We would rather earn the next month than enforce a twelve-month term. Annual pre-payment is available at a discount if you prefer it, but it is never required.

Who actually writes the responses to my reviews?

A named consultant assigned to your account, working from a tone-of-voice guide we build with you and approve together in the first month. Nothing is published until you have signed off the template style, and priority responses are reviewed by the owner before they go live.

Do you work with businesses outside Arizona?

Yes. Roughly two thirds of our clients are outside the Phoenix metro, spread across the United States. Everything except on-site staff training is delivered remotely, and we schedule calls in your time zone.

Can you help with Bing Places and Bing Webmaster Tools?

Yes, and we treat both as first-class work rather than an afterthought. We claim and verify Bing Places listings, keep categories and hours accurate, submit XML sitemaps through Bing Webmaster Tools, monitor index coverage and fix crawl issues that stop your pages appearing.

What happens to my accounts if we stop working together?

They remain yours. We only ever request access to accounts you own, never create profiles under our own credentials, and we issue a written handover pack listing every login, asset and document within five business days of the final service month.

Do you offer crisis communications?

Yes, for existing clients. If your business faces a sudden wave of negative coverage, a viral complaint or a local news enquiry, we provide holding statements, response sequencing and coaching for whoever will speak publicly. Enterprise retainers include six hours per quarter; other plans are billed hourly at $185.
